Tom draws on over a decade of experience of complex disputes and investigations. He has represented individual and corporate clients facing some of the highest profile domestic and international prosecutions, trials, and investigations, including FTX (US), the Arror and Kimwarer dam scandal (Kenya), and Alstom (UK); he has significant experience of working alongside and managing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
