Simon Mitchell
Associate Solicitor
Simon is an Associate solicitor in the London office of Johnson Law Group.
He has extensive experience working on large-scale and innovative group litigation. Simon acted for the claimants in the Pan-NOx Emissions litigation against multiple automotive manufacturers and in the litigation against BHP arising from the collapse of the Fundão dam in Mariana, Brazil, in 2015.
Simon trained at the Government Legal Department, where he gained experience on a wide range of public and commercial law matters, acting for various departments within HM Government.
