Rabia qualified as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive in 2020. She has both claimant and defendant experience in handling Financial Mis-selling matters under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and EL-PL Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims.
She has also assisted in complaints involving statutory nuisances on behalf of tenants under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 in Criminal Litigation matters for three years prior to joining JLG. She brings over ten years of experience within the legal industry.
She graduated with a 2:1 Law degree from University of Central Lancashire and began working in the legal field in 2014. She also obtained the Gold Futures Award along with her law degree. She then went on to study Civil Litigation and Employment Law in Practice at The Manchester College to further her legal qualifications.
