Frank Wade

Frank began his legal career in the civil litigation sector in 1990 as a personal injury fee earner at Walker Morris Solicitors in Leeds.

In 1997, he transitioned into team management, progressed to operational management, and ultimately led the firm’s personal injury department, overseeing a team of over 100 staff until late 2013.

Between 2014 and 2024 his legal career shifted to senior operational leadership roles in legal costs recovery, civil litigation funding and most recently financial mis-selling.

Frank brings to JLG extensive expertise in consumer legal services and operational business management, with a proven track record in legal strategy, business transformation, and process implementation. His experience includes leading and overseeing teams across multiple locations, driving results in high-volume civil litigation.
