Frank Wade

Frank Wade began his legal career in the civil litigation sector in 1990 as a personal injury fee earner at Walker Morris Solicitors in Leeds.

In 1997, he transitioned into team management, progressed to operational management, and ultimately led the firm’s personal injury department, overseeing a team of over 100 staff until late 2013.

In 2014, Frank joined Compass Costs Consultants, part of Quindell Legal Services, as Head of Operations, where he managed the Group’s legal cost recoveries. Following the acquisition of Quindell/Compass by Slater and Gordon in 2015, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Costs and later served as the National Head of Costs Services until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Frank held the position of Head of Operations at Pure Business Group, focusing on litigation funding and legal expenses insurance administration. In this role, he collaborated with internal and external solicitors on various volume commercial litigation matters.

In 2021, he became the Head of Financial Mis-Selling Litigation at SSB Law in Sheffield, leading a team of over 100 staff in processing thousands of civil claims related to the mis-selling of financial products.

Frank brings extensive expertise in legal services and operational business management, with a proven track record in legal strategy, business transformation, and process implementation. His experience includes leading and overseeing teams across multiple national locations, driving results in high-volume civil litigation.

In his spare time, Frank is passionate about music and enjoys playing the trombone in several local bands. He also has a love for the great outdoors, spending time walking, and occasionally indulging in a glass of red wine.
